Landscape Labourer

About the role

A level 2 landscaper is responsible for the assistance of the installation of hard and softscape landscaping projects. The level 2 landscaper is responsible for assisting in completing landscape and hardscape installations with great precision and business minded efficiency. The level 2 landscaper will assist management and team leaders where required and will be able to communicate competently with other employees to ensure efficiency on the job site.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to instructions and assist senior team members as required

• Assist with accurately setting out the job site for design and levels

• Adhere to production goals with team members as instructed

• Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for required maintenance and report to senior team members

• Perform hard and softscape landscaping duties to the highest standard

• Always maintain a clean and safe job site

• Promote the company and its employees in a positive way

• Maintain a productive, inclusive team environment

• Mentor and train junior employees as required

• Assist with inventory checks and equipment inspections
