The Project

This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Defines and delivers effective information management strategies, aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.Establishes and manages project-level IM functions, ensuring consistent standards, governance and delivery.Drives capability through training, coaching and continuous improvement across project teams.Assures quality and compliance of all project documentation, records and information flows.Leads and develops IM teams, fostering collaboration and high performance across project interfaces.Supports CDE implementation, bid development, and contributes to digital excellence and net zero ambitions.

You’ll Need To Have

Proven information management experience across major projects, aligned with ISO 19650 and CDE standards.Proficient in key IM systems (Aconex, ViewPoint, SharePoint) and data tools including Power BI.Strong understanding of document control, information architecture and model assurance (Revit, Solibri).Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement, international experience, and awareness of data security and governance.
