Required Experience

About you

2+ years' tax experience in industry or a Big 4 environmentStrong knowledge of Australian tax legislationTax effect accounting and tax reporting experienceDegree in Accounting, Commerce or similarAdvanced Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityAbility to build effective relationships across Finance teams

Highly regarded

Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experiencePower BI, Power Query or automation toolsExperience in a multinational organizationExposure to finance transformation projects

Role purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Accountant to join our dedicated Finance team based in Melbourne. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Tax, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Australian and international tax compliance requirements, ensuring that all obligations are met efficiently and accurately. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous enhancement and modernisation of tax processes through innovative solutions and automation.

This is an exciting role for a professional who combines solid technical tax expertise with a proactive approach to process improvement, eager to engage with cross-functional teams and leverage analytical tools to drive efficiency.
