Branch Manager - North Lakes, QLD

In the role of Branch Manager, you’ll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB’s values at our North Lakes branch. You will join our retail team who place a strong focus on delivering real results for customers while keeping things simple. 

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Work quickly and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do 
• Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction 
• Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities 
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time 
• Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division 

You’ll bring to this role:

• Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential 
• Customer-centric thinking 
• Ability to Influence, coach, and work collaboratively your team 
• A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile 
• A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately 
• An appreciation for the inclusion and diversity of our customers and colleagues
