Haul Truck/Multi-skilled Operator

Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking experienced Haul Truck & Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team at a reputable Coal Mine west of Rockhampton, offering long-term, stable employment at a site with over 15 years of mine life.

⭐About the Role

You will be operating large-scale Haul Trucks and, where required, additional Heavy Mobile Plant within a production mining environment. You will work safely and efficiently across site operations, consistently following site procedures and contributing to a strong safety-first culture.

Roster: 7 on / 7 off rotating day and night shifts

Hours: 12.5-hour shifts

Employment Type: DIDO role with BIBO options available from select locations

✅Required Experience

Proven experience operating CAT 793 haul trucks or larger within a mining environmentMulti-skilled experience on additional equipment such as Dozers, Graders, Excavators and LoadersSigned transcripts for all relevant equipmentStrong understanding of site safety requirements and commitment to Health & SafetyAbility to pass Drug & Alcohol screeningStandard 11 Mine Induction (or willingness to obtain)QLD Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
