Responsibilities will include

• Applying the principles of privacy and confidentiality to all work practices
• Adherence to Resthaven Privacy of Information Policy and Procedure at all times
• Maintaining a duty of confidentiality to all residents, clients, volunteers and staff
• Ensuring that any “Confidential Information” that becomes known through the course of employment with Resthaven is kept confidential including information relating to Resthaven’s:
• Business or operational interests
• Methodology and affairs
• Financial information
• Anything else that is notified as being confidential.
• Other duties as directed by the Manager Maintenance Services, commensurate with classification and training

You will have

• Experience in the provision of Clerical services and General Office Administration functions
• Demonstrated experience in the use of Word, Excel and computerised databases
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including Trades persons, Management and Staff
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, show initiative and to organise work and priorities
• Ability to work in a team environment
• A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new concepts and undertake a diverse set of tasks.
