Quarry Sales Manager

RSA is seeking an experienced Quarry Sales Manager to join our established Quarry operations across the Western Downs region, based just outside of Dalby, QLD.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth across RSA’s established quarry operations, building enduring client relationships and identifying new opportunities in a growing regional market.

Working a 5:2 roster, you’ll enjoy the ability to return home each night, keeping your weekends free. *Accommodation options are available if travelling from outside the local area.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating sales leads and new business opportunities for quarry products
• Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic growth
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing suitable products and solutions
• Negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
• Collaborating with operational management to meet client requirements
• Assisting with tenders, contracts and production forecasting
• Coordinating client orders, deliveries and material requirements
• Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge
• Contributing to sales targets, business growth and operational success

What You Bring

• Proven sales and business development experience, preferably within quarrying, construction or aggregates
• Strong knowledge of quarry products, construction materials and local markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Strong commercial acumen, including contract management, pricing and forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, revenue and margin targets
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and business development skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with quarry operations, production and transport teams
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
• Current, unrestricted Driver’s Licence
