Site Administrator

Due to exciting growth, SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Site Administrators to join our long-term Goldfields projects. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

Full-time position on a FIFO from Perth. Day shift only.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Supervisor/Site Manager, the Site Administrator facilitates smooth operations by providing essential administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and maintaining accurate records.

This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing site functionality, enabling the team to focus on core operational tasks while ensuring logistical and administrative processes run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain site daily site reports.
• Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing freight.
• Maintain stationery and office consumables.
• Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries.
• Maintain stock and purchases.
• Assist Site Management team as required.
• Other operational support as required.

The successful applicant will have:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration type role
• C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate to advanced
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
