VR GP & Non-VR GP | DPA Position Gold Coast | Up to $200/hr Guaranteed

We have an excellent opportunity for a VR GP or experienced Level 3 Non-VR GP to join a long-established, family-owned medical practice in a highly sought-after Gold Coast location.

The practice has served its local community for more than 11 years and has recently undergone a significant expansion, doubling its physical capacity to meet growing patient demand.

The Opportunity

• $180-$200 per hour income guarantee or 70% of billings—whichever is greater

• DPA location, suitable for eligible doctors subject to moratorium requirements

• VR and eligible Non-VR GPs considered

• Flexible days and hours to suit your availability

• Option to commence under a six-month locum arrangement for suitably eligible GPs

• Established patient demand within a long-standing community practice

• Fully bulk-billed general practice model

• Free onsite parking for doctors and patients

You will be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, with access to:

The practice is willing to invest in the equipment and resources required to support doctors in developing their areas of interest.

There may also be opportunities to introduce additional services and privately billed procedures outside the MBS schedule, such as iron infusions, depending on your experience and clinical interests.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• General or Specialist registration with AHPRA

• Eligibility to practise in the DPA location

• Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRRM, or currently in a fellowship pathway

• A patient-focused and collaborative approach to general practice
