We are looking for a high-performing Finance Leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to make a strategic impact across multiple countries. What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

• Lead end-to-end finance operations across APAC, including month-end, year-end, and reporting

• Drive financial consolidation and IFRS-compliant reporting aligned with global standards

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support decision-making

• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks

• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Country Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional finance team.

What You’ll Bring

• CPA / CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner / Regional Finance role

• Strong background in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance (IFRS)

• Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving performance across multiple locations

• Highly analytical with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
