HR Administrator/Co-ordinator

About the Role
This is a varied HR Administrator/Co-ordinator role you will combine hands-on HR administration with payroll support, sitting right at the heart of the business and helping the factory, stores and online team work effectively and sustainably.
It's a great fit whether you're an experienced HR Administrator ready to step up, or an HR Co-ordinator looking for a role with genuine scope and autonomy.

Duties will include:

• Manage employee records, contracts, variations and correspondence from onboarding through to offboarding
• Coordinate recruitment, including job ads, screening, interview scheduling and pre-employment checks
• Support onboarding, induction, probation and performance processes
• Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-award, multi-site team, working closely with the finance team
• Help managers interpret Awards and stay on top of rostering, timesheet and leave compliance
• Support workplace health and safety
• Contribute to HR policies, procedures and reporting as the business continues to grow

About you

• 1-3 years' experience in HR administration or co-ordination; payroll experience highly regarded
• Confidence working across multiple Awards and sites; familiarity with the Retail Award and/or Food and Beverage Manufacturing Award is a bonus
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ideally some exposure to Xero, Deputy or similar rostering HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail, discretion and a professional, approachable manner
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to juggle a busy, varied workload
