About the role
Primary Objective: Provide high level expert advice and legal opinion to the Director of Public Prosecutions, other prosecutors and to both internal and external stakeholders relating to the prosecution of more complex criminal cases. Provide representation at the highest level for the Crown before all courts of the Northern Territory and the High Court of Australia in complex prosecutions, appeals and related matters. An Executive contract for up to 4 years may be offered.
