WSP's Earth & Environment team is seeking an experienced Civil / Geotechnical Engineer to join our Melbourne-based geo-environmental team, delivering complex projects across dams, mining, water, waste and infrastructure.

As an Experienced Civil / Geotechnical Engineer, you will:

• Deliver geotechnical and geo-environmental projects 
• Prepare technical reports, specifications and drawings 
• Manage project delivery, risks, budgets and schedules 
• Undertake desktop and field investigations 
• Mentor junior engineers 
• Support proposals and client engagement 
• Champion Safety in Design and OneWSP collaboration

What you will bring:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent 
• 4+ years relevant experience 
• Experience in dams, embankments, earthworks, geosynthetics or water management 
• Chartered status preferred or progressing toward chartership 
• Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills
