About the roleWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Functional Consultant with 12+ years of SAP implementation experience to drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing organizations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, Manufacturing, MRP, Capacity Planning, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will lead business process design, solution architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
Location: Australia/ New Zealand (Preferable Auckland)
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Consulting & Solution DesignLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP implementation projects, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Rollout engagements.Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with manufacturing stakeholders.Analyze current business processes and design SAP S/4HANA PP solutions aligned with industry best practices.Configure and optimize production planning processes.Lead blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, deployment, and hyper care activities.Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments and interfaces.Support RICEFW object development and testing.Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.Manage data migration activities related to PP master and transactional data.
Qualification:12+ years of SAP PP consulting experience.Strong expertise in manufacturing and production planning processes.At least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales, controlling & plant maintenance.Nice to have exposure to Plant Maintenance process implementation.Experience in SAP FIORI applicationsSAP S/4HANA Production Planning certification preferred.SAP Activate methodology experience.
