Diptech Performance Yamaha is a leading Yamaha Wave Runner and Outboard dealer, and we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Epping.

The Role

As our Parts Interpreter / Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an important role in supporting our customers, workshop and sales team with parts, accessories and product enquiries.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with Yamaha Wave Runner and outboard parts and accessories

• Identifying and sourcing the correct parts using Yamaha parts catalogues

• Providing accurate pricing and product information

• Processing parts sales and customer orders

• Ordering parts from suppliers and managing incoming stock

• Assisting our workshop technicians with parts requirements

• Answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email

• Following up parts orders and keeping customers informed

• Maintaining stock levels and keeping the parts department organized

• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Providing friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and customer focused

• Organized with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers

• Comfortable using computers and parts catalogues

• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

• Able to work in a busy dealership environment

• Keen to learn and develop their product knowledge

• Passionate about boating, Wave Runners, outboards or the marine industry

Previous experience in marine, motorcycle, automotive or powersports parts will be highly regarded.

Experience with Yamaha products or parts catalogues is an advantage, but enthusiasm, a great attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
