About the role
• Lead and build our Sydney North AOD team
• Multi-site leadership across Sydney North
• NFP Salary Sacrificing and Fitness Passport available
• Shape a new service from the ground up
• Lead, supervise and carry a small caseload
• Full Time until June 2027 with possible extension
• We're seeking a Team Leader to help build and lead the new team
• Provide leadership and supervision to the team, supporting the Senior Coordinator
• Ensure high quality treatment and support in line with our Model of Care
• Oversee data, notes and reporting
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders including PHN, LHDs and other providers
• Carry a small caseload of your own
• Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows
