Centre for Non-Violence
About the role
The Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) is looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Practice Lead to drive therapeutic excellence across our Safe, Thriving & Connected (STC) program.
Bring your clinical expertise, leadership strengths and commitment to social justice to a role where you can create lasting change for adults, children and young people affected by family violence. You will build on the capabilities of an experienced therapeutic team, shape high-quality practice and support services to grow and respond to community needs.
About The Organisation
CNV is a leading, specialist family violence organisation based in the Loddon region. Guided by feminist principles and a strong commitment to social justice, gender equity, safety and respect, we work towards a vision of gender and social equality for all.
CNV is committed to creating inclusive and accessible services and workplaces, and we recognise the value of lived experience, diversity and different ways of working.
About the Role
As Clinical Practice Lead (0.9-1.0 FTE), you will draw on your therapeutic knowledge, sound judgement and collaborative leadership style to strengthen our specialist family violence services. Working alongside senior leaders and therapeutic practitioners, you will create space for reflection and learning, contribute expert guidance in complex situations, and turn practice insights into service improvements. Your strengths will help our teams deliver safe, responsive and evidence informed support that reflects CNV’s values and clinical governance framework.
