About the Role

Smith & Co Recruitment is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join an established concrete pipe manufacturing operation across Kilmore and Melton, VIC. These are hands-on positions offering consistent hours, regular overtime and the opportunity to build long-term stability within a busy manufacturing environment.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

• $38.39 per hour + overtime and applicable penalties
• Potential to earn approximately $90K–$110K per year with penalties and OT
• 10+ hour shifts, 5–6 days per week
• Day shifts commencing at approximately 4:00am or 6:00am
• Afternoon shifts also available
• Weekend availability required
• Weekly pay cycles
• Opportunities available across Kilmore & Melton, VIC
• Genuine potential to transition into permanent employment for strong performers

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move and position concrete products safely
• Load and unload trucks within a busy manufacturing environment
• Assist with mould preparation, cleaning and reinforcement cages
• Support concrete pipe finishing and general production activities
• Complete equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work area

What You’ll Bring

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
• Proven experience loading and unloading trucks
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Physical fitness and ability to comfortably complete 10+ hour shifts
