We’re urgently looking for compassionate Disability Community Support Workers living in the South West Region. In this rewarding role, you'll provide support to clients, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community. You'll provide ongoing assistance, monitor clients' wellbeing, and respond promptly to their care needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide personal care support safely and respectfully
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and wheelchair management if needed
• Support domestic tasks and home organisation
• Provide emotional support and maintain a calm, structured environment
• Monitor fatigue, pain levels, and signs of distress
• Follow care plan, risk management strategies, and reporting requirements

What You’ll Get

• Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
• Paid induction and continuous training
• Minimum 2 days availability required (Monday is a must) 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM & flexible

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
• Strong communication skills (clear, simple, supportive)
• Willingness to learn, grow and has the ability to follow structured routines
• Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community
• Disability/Aged Care/Manual Handling experience 
• Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
• Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
