About This Role

As a Territory Manager you are responsible for providing and supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals. If successful, the Regional Sales Manager for the WA/SA/NT region will invite you to join a team of inspiring and collaborative individuals. Following our industry leading onboarding program, you will support and grow the full breadth of Applied Medical’s diverse product portfolio to provide clinical solutions for a variety of surgical specialities in both public and private operating theatres.

You will apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting. You will quickly establish rapport, credibility and long-term professional relationships that benefit our customers, and align with Applied Medical’s company values and mission.

Manage and grow the full breadth of the Applied Medical protfolio of clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships in assigned hospitalsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersCreate effective business plans and strategic selling strategiesImplement and support educational programsExceed customers’ expectations while growing your business

About You

Currently working in a medical related field or healthcare sales. Able to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders. Working within the healthcare setting, you will aim to deliver solutions that benefit our customers and align with the Applied Medical values.

Proven success in medical related field or other sales experiencePreferred previous experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre setting Curiosity and a passion for learningAbility to retain and articulate complex clinical information High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders Practical knowledge of the healthcare space Strong business acumen, analytical and organisational skillsCurrent Drivers LicenceIf successful, a current passport and visa, where required, is needed for training to Australia or South Korea
