Construction Site Manager

Tailored Homes is a leading home improvement company that offers its services in and across Sydney. We provide all aspects of building new homes, additions and extensions, renovations including bathrooms, kitchens and much more. We have earnt a great reputation due to our meticulous attention to detail and providing high quality property investments, developments and finishes for our clients.

As we are expanding and taking on more projects down the pipeline, Tailored Homes is looking to invest in a unique 'Construction Site Manager' to join our construction team. This role is a very important role as you will be constantly reporting to the Construction Manager and will play a crucial role in the leadership of our projects.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

- Taking on the responsibility of a whole project

- Running the project alone with guidance/assistance of project manager

- Material procurement and ordering

- Site WHS, Quality, and Environmental compliance and Management.

- Site Setout

- Subcontractor Management

- Subcontractor safety plan control

- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, clients, designers as needed.

- Making sure that the project is completed on time, within the budget and at a high standard

- Ensuring that the companies equipment and assets are maintained and looked after

Skills and Experience required for this role include:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Very well organised, honest, motivated, enthusiastic and have strong work ethics

- Excellent written and verbal communication
