Accounts Payable

Gorski Engineering is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Somerton, VIC. This full-time role will be responsible for managing accounts payable and supporting the day-to-day finance and administration functions of our manufacturing business.

• Process and enter supplier invoices

• Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation

• Prepare supplier payment runs

• Reconcile supplier statements and accounts

• Manage supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Maintain accurate accounts payable records

• Assist with credit card and expense reconciliations

• Liaise with Purchasing, Stores and other departments

• Provide general accounts and administration support

• Previous Accounts Payable experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software

• Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills

• Confident communication with suppliers and internal staff

• Ability to manage a high volume of invoices and competing priorities

• Manufacturing or engineering industry experience highly regarded
