About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team at our Headquarters in Gillman. You will be responsible for processing creditor invoices, preparing payment runs and responding to creditor enquiries. The position also involves reconciling vendor accounts and ensuring the accuracy of vendor data

In addition, you will collaborate and foster strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all payments are completed within the agreed credit terms and supporting the finance team with various tasks, as required.

This position is permanent Part-time (25-30 Hours), working Monday to Friday.

About you:

• Previous experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volume transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Confident using multiple programs simultaneously and can prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines.
• Dedicated to ongoing improvement by identifying challenges, opportunities and implementing effective solutions.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
