What you will do

The National Account Manager role within personal care for Woolworths and main contact for Metro plays a critical part in achieving Kenvue’s purpose by partnering with customer to build brands, drive revenue growth through effective customer strategies for the end consumer and ultimately ensure physical availability in the market, ongoing financial success, and sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Continuous evaluation of sales performance and identification of opportunities to grow sales and improve profitability
• Manage trade spend budgets within CIW guard rails in your portfolio to delivery profitable growth
• Create a more strategic approach to GTS/CIW/NTS management through the implementation and ongoing servicing of bottom up forecasting and ROI tracking
• Manage all administrative account issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with internal category and marketing teams to shape and influence strategic plans
• Develop and implement category level joint business plans for your portfolio, including annual promotion and activation calendar.
• Lead the category review process to deliver improved visibility and availability of your product range
• Be a key contributor to the broader Grocery Team through sharing best practice initiatives in all internal forums
• Assist the National Business Manager in helping shape the next generation of NAM’s through coaching and development of key internal talent as required within the Grocery and Pharmacy Channel

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+yrs experience in FMCG account management, with proven track record of accurate sales forecasting and supply planning alignment. Experience with major or chain grocery customers highly desired.
• Strong Analytic Skills
• Solid understanding of category management & shopper principles
• Strong financial literacy including the ability to work with P&Ls effectively
• Intermediate level in software systems Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, negotiation and selling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
