Customer Experience Consultant

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Experience Consultant to join our call-centre team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule vehicle service appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to confirm or schedule service bookings
• Provide accurate information about service offerings and availability
• Maintain clear and detailed customer records in our system
• Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining service-related documents
• Perform general administration tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call-centre environment will be highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy and administrative experience
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
