Join Our Team We’re looking for a Machine Setter to join our small coiler section, working on fine, intricate spring manufacturing with a great team, supportive supervisor, and hands-on trainer.

About the Role Working in our small coiler area, you’ll be producing smaller, precision springs requiring focus and attention to detail.
You’ll be:

• Setting and adjusting coiling machines
• Working on fine, intricate components
• Monitoring quality and making precise adjustments
• Troubleshooting small mechanical issues
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Working closely with your team to meet production targets
