Mining Supervisor

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join SMS Mining Services as we expand our capabilities into open pit mining and gold contracting services. Our client is based in the Goldfields, near Mount Magnet, and we are seeking dedicated and qualified personnel to join the team in full-time positions. With a strong resource base and an ongoing mining program, these roles offer the potential for long-term employment and continued opportunities as operations progress.
  
We are seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to join our Mining team on a new Goldfields project. In this role, you will lead and supervise multiple crews of operators, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with the agreed scope and site standards. You will act as a key representative of SMS Mining Services on site, working closely with the client and maintaining clear, effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For  

• Hold a Schedule 26 qualification
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months validity)
• Unlimited Australian working rights
• Valid C class driver’s licence
• Gold mining experience (highly regarded)
• A strong commitment to safety and reliability
