St Francis Catholic College is a co-educational, multi-campus secondary school seeking passionate and committed educators to join its growing community.

Opened in 2023 with an inaugural intake of 140 Year 7 students, the campus continues to grow and will accommodate 1,500 students from Years 7–12 by 2028. The successful applicants will demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community

• Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making and negotiation skills.

• The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative professional culture

• Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning. 

• Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources. 

• Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others.

Skills & Experience Required

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)

• A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College

• Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes

• An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• An eagerness to learn.

Special Requirements

• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration

• Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
