About the Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a talented and client-focused Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. You’ll work closely with two seasoned Principals and be part of a dynamic group of high-performing lawyers.

In this role, you’ll lead a variety of complex commercial disputes, with exposure to corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters. You’ll have the opportunity to provide strategic advice, drive case outcomes, and contribute to mentoring junior team members.

About You

You’re a confident litigator who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and building strong client relationships. Ideally, you will bring:

• A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and effective time management.
• A proactive approach to business development.
• A collaborative attitude and genuine commitment to excellence in client service.
