Accounts Receivable – Permanent Part-Time

Hours: 10am - 2pm Mon-Fri

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable management

• Invoicing and payment collection

• Preparing and sending statements

• Payroll support and backup

• General administrative support

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MYOB a requirement, moving to Acumatica in the coming months

• Previous experience in accounts receivable and payroll

• Strong communication and organisational skills
