Experienced Administrator | Client Services | Allied Health
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a role that is both challenging and meaningful?
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Intake Officer to become the first point of contact for clients, families, carers, health professionals and community partners accessing our services.
This is a pivotal role within our organisation. As the gateway to our services, you will manage enquiries, coordinate referrals, provide information about our NDIS services, and ensure clients are connected with the right support at the right time.
This is not a traditional reception role. We are looking for a confident, capable professional who enjoys problem-solving, can think on their feet, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities· Respond to telephone, email and online enquiries.
· Assess and triage incoming referrals and service requests.
· Provide information regarding our NDIS services and referral pathways.
· Liaise with clients, families, health professionals and community organisations.
· Coordinate referrals and maintain accurate client records.
· Prepare and send professional correspondence and client communications.
· Manage information across multiple systems and databases.
· Support the smooth operation of our intake and referral processes.
About YouYou are an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
You will have:
· Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
· Strong written communication skills, including drafting professional emails and correspondence.
· Advanced computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
· Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and other Office applications.
· Confidence working with SharePoint, databases, CRM systems and cloud-based software platforms.
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
· The ability to quickly understand complex services and funding pathways.
· A professional, positive and client-focused approach.

About LifeTec:LifeTec is an Aged Care and NDIS service provider who provides Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and Home Maintenance services to clients in Brisbane and Townsville.
This is a full-time, office-based role in our Milton office.
Work Environment:The Milton office is an open office environment consisting of our management team, allied health professionals, maintenance officers and administration officers. We engage with our Townsville colleagues regularly to ensure collaboration and connectivity between sites.
