Site Manager

About the Role

You’ll be the person on the ground making it happen — coordinating trades, enforcing safety and quality standards and keeping the program on track. With a supportive Project Manager backing you and genuinely interesting heritage and commercial projects to work on, this is hands-on leadership with real variety.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running daily site operations safely, on program and to specification
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors, leading hands, carpenters and labourers
• Owning site safety — pre-starts, inductions, OHS, SWMS and inspections
• Driving quality assurance and defect-free handovers
• Mentoring and developing your site team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial construction site management or a foreman role
• A trade or carpentry background is highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of OHS, QA and environmental requirements on site
• Comfortable with Procore or similar, plus Microsoft Office
• Diploma of Building and Construction (or equivalent) an advantage
• Current Construction Induction (White Card)
• Victorian driver’s licence required, and ongoing access to an appropriate vehicle
