Service Advisor

Westside Auto Service have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our brand new state of the art facility in Bentley. 

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced service advisor who would like to be part of a unique service centre, with no pressure to sell, just provide our customers exceptional service.

The Role

 As an experienced Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in our Service Department's operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating service and repair appointments for our Service clients.

• Greeting our customers in a friendly manner and offering exceptional service

• Managing internal and external service requests and ensuring efficient allocation of resources

• Communicating with customers to provide accurate updates on service progress and timelines

• Answering internal and external inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly and professionally

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of service activities

• Collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Service Advisor role.

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Previous experience with Titan DMS would be beneficial but not essential

• Current C Class drivers licence
