PRACTICE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY AT GISBORNE DENTAL GROUP

About the role

This is a key leadership role overseeing daily operations, team coordination, and high-level patient service. The Dental Practice Manager will contribute to the growth and success of the practice at Gisborne Dental Group, a dental practice with over 30 years of trusted care in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding communities.

Key responsibilities

• HR management: recruitment, onboarding, leave, performance reviews, and training
• Daily operational oversight and team coordination
• Appointment schedule management and patient follow-ups
• Stock control: dental materials, ordering, invoicing, and billing
• Health insurance processing and treatment plan communication
• Updating internal documentation and workflows
• Assisting chairside when needed to support the clinical team and patient flow
• Treatment co-ordinating patients from start to finish

About you

• Proven leadership experience in a dental or healthcare environment
• Strong background in Dental Assisting (mandatory)
• Willingness and ability to assist chairside when required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Tech-savvy with IT systems and scheduling software
• Professional presentation, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
