Home Integrity is growing, and we’re looking for experienced WA Registered Building Practitioners to join our residential inspection team.

This is an opportunity to use the knowledge and judgement you’ve built throughout your career – without managing trades, programs, budgets or construction sites.

You’ll inspect both pre purchase residential homes under construction, identifying defects and other issues, and give homeowners and industry professionals clear, practical guidance on the findings. 

Your experience will directly contribute to better building outcomes and help raise the standard of residential construction across WA.

Competitive salary package

Salary of up to $120,000 inclusive of superannuation, plus a $15,000 annual vehicle allowance.

The final package will reflect the successful applicant’s experience, technical capability and suitability for the role.

What you’ll bring

• Registration as a WA Building Practitioner.
• Strong residential construction experience.
• Sound technical knowledge and professional judgement.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• The ability to explain building issues to homeowners, builders and other industry professionals.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Inspection experience is welcomed but not essential for the right person.
