The property management segment is one of the biggest opportunities in our market, and this seat is how we take it.

About the Role

Your title will be Industry Sales Manager (Property Management). The role is newly created, and the segment is yours: the property management portfolios of real estate agencies, and the landlords and tenants behind every managed property.

The job is growing our share of the portfolios we already serve, and winning the rent rolls we’re not yet in. Education carries it: showing property managers why Bittn does it differently.

You’ll report to our Head of Sales, with sales support running campaign follow-up and a dedicated team processing renewals, so you can sell, escalate, and own the agency relationships.

You don’t need to know pest control. We’ll teach you our world. What we can’t teach is yours: the agencies, the property managers, and the instinct for how a rent roll really works.

Key Areas of Impact

• New agency portfolios won, onboarded and trading, with the first service cycle running clean.
• Property managers who know what the Bittn warranty means and act on it. Conversion rising across every portfolio we serve.
• The unserved share of each agency’s book found, sized and converted.
• A pipeline built in Salesforce with forecasting our Head of Sales can bank on.
• A book that renews because the month-to-month experience keeps getting smoother.

About You

You’re a driver and a natural educator. You’re energised by growing a book, and you win property managers by teaching them why we’re different. You hold your cadence, the drop-ins, the check-ins and the quarterly reviews, without anyone chasing you. You can work the property manager, landlord and tenant triangle through without dropping it. And you’re as credible with an agency principal as you are with a field technician, on the same day, in the same clothes.

You’ll Be Able to Demonstrate

• 3+ years in B2B sales or account management carrying an individual target, met or exceeded.
• Ideally, time in or around the property management world: selling into or servicing real estate agencies and property managers.
• A territory or portfolio you built, not inherited.
• Consultative, education-led selling: you can teach a customer why a service is different, not just quote it.
• A B2B book built on high volumes of smaller transactions, managed without dropping the detail.
• A pipeline you run yourself in a CRM, with accurate stages and forecasting. Salesforce regarded.
• Self-directed use of technology and automation to remove your own manual sales admin.
