Medical Workforce Single Employer Model (SEM) Coordinator

• 40 hours per fortnight

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

NHW are seeking a motivated and organised Single Employer Model (SEM) Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing coordination of Victoria’s Rural Generalist Single Employer Model Trial within our health service.

The SEM Coordinator will provide operational support for the delivery of the trial, working closely with Rural Generalist trainees, health services and participating primary care providers across the Hume Region.

This role is focused on effective coordination, communication and practical problem solving, helping Rural Generalist trainees remain employed by [Health Service] while they undertake training and work across primary care and other health services within the relevant subregion.
