People & Culture / HR Manager

Nakedvice is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced People & Culture / HR Manager to join our team in a flexible, part-time or full-time capacity.
This is a hands on role working closely with our Founders and GM across our Head Office and Retail teams. We’re looking for someone who can bring strong HR experience, sound judgement and a practical approach to supporting a fast moving, founder led business.
The role will cover:
HR strategy and people planning as we continue to growRecruitment, onboarding and off boardingEmployment contracts, policies and HR documentationPerformance management and employee relationsAward interpretation, Fair Work and employment complianceRemuneration and salary benchmarkingSupporting managers with people and performance conversationsDeveloping and maintaining our HR policies and processesEmployee engagement, culture and retention initiativesProviding trusted HR advice to the Founders and leadership teamHelping us build the right organisational structure for our next stage of growth
About youYou’ll ideally have solid generalist HR / People & Culture experience and be confident operating independently.
You’re someone who can move between strategic conversations and the day to day realities of HR. You don’t need layers of process to get things done, and you understand how to balance best practice with what actually works in a growing business.
Experience within retail, fashion, e-commerce or another fast paced SME would be highly regarded.
