Detailing & Despatch

 Australia’s Premier Quality Spa & Swim Spa manufacturer has a position available for a suitably experienced Final Detailer / Despatch Officer.  You are the right person for us if you have an eye for detail, keenness to work hard and desire to uphold our high standards, ensuring that everything that leaves the plant is perfect.

 This is a crossover role between our inwards / outwards goods and detailing areas. The role is busy and requires a broad range of skills especially the ability to communicate well with internal & external stakeholders. The role will evolve around the right person, but will have a core list of responsibilities including:

• Accept deliveries from various suppliers

• Unloading & Loading of Trucks and Containers

• High level Forklift of Forklift use with High Value cargo

• Accept Spas from our Testing Area

• Final Dry and Clean of all surfaces

• Fitting off of any final pre-delivery inclusions

• Packing, Labelling & Preparation for Freight

• Co-ordination & despatch to freight companies

• Notification of despatch to Clients & Stakeholders

This is a busy role, it involves plenty of hands on work - often with timeline pressures, therefore to take this role on successfully, you will need to be:

• a self-starter

• fit & active

• of good character with a strong work ethic

• polite & friendly in the workplace with the ability to work unsupervised

• able to work in a safe & efficient manner

 Experience in the Spa industry is not necessary, however you must be able to demonstrate how you will use your skills to successfully take on this role.  The handling of high value goods will be highly regarded.
