Subject Matter Expert - Payments &
Financial Processes Grade:9/10 role with Revenue NSW 24- month temporary opportunity with a potential for extension or becoming ongoing Flexible and hybrid working across all Revenue NSW office location - Parramatta is where the team sits A key
pillar of this transformation is the modernisation of our core systems,
including payments and financial management services. These upgrades are
designed to ensure accurate transaction recording, streamline collections,
enhance compliance, and strengthen public trust in our operations. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Revenue NSW Payments
& Financial Processes will support the Digital Product Manager -
Payments & Financial management in the strategic development,
implementation, and management of the digital payment & financial ledger
system. This role requires a deep understanding of government payment processes and financial systems, with
a strong accounting background. The SME will ensure that the system aligns with
Banking and Treasury regulations and standards, and meets the financial needs
of Revenue NSW. We do this in line with legislation, customer expectations and industry best practices, to make it easier for over 100,000 businesses and more than three million individuals to interact with the NSW Government. Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $133,348 base plus superannuation
