Warriewood is an ageing Northern Beaches population, which means a heavy skin load with regular excisions, alongside work cover, iron infusions and implants. Two treatment rooms and 2 nurses to run them.

Alongside the procedural work is proper generational family medicine. You'll see grandparents, their children and their grandchildren, and after a while you'll know which is which without checking the file.

The practice has just moved to GP ownership under one of the doctors already working there. That's the part worth paying attention to. Decisions get made on the floor now, not sent up to a head office, and they've been clear they want to stay a community clinic rather than grow into a corporate group.
