About the Role

Due to continued growth, Carrolls Suspension Brisbane is looking for a motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our awesome team at our Wacol facility.

We offer a permanent, full-time position with genuine work-life balance.

• Shift Options: We have starts between 5:30 am and 8:30 am (finishing between 1:50 pm and 4:50 pm)

• Days: Monday to Friday.

• Location: Wacol, QLD (Must have reliable daily transport).

Key Responsibilities

Working within a supportive, multi-skilled environment, your daily duties will include:

• Picking & Packing: Accurately selecting orders using pick slips.

• Receipting & Despatch: Loading and unloading local, interstate, and international freight.

• Forklift Operations: Safely moving, stacking, and organizing stock.

• Inventory Control: Assisting with stock counting and general warehouse upkeep.

What We Are Looking For

We hire for attitude and train for skill! This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced warehouse workers, or motivated school leavers eager to kickstart their career.

Must-Haves:

• Valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF) with practical operating experience.

• Reliable transport to arrive at Wacol daily.

• Strong fitness level for manual handling and physical warehouse work.

• A positive outlook, good sense of humor, and a team-player mindset.

• Good attention to detail with solid reading and writing skills.

• Ability to pass a standard drug and alcohol screening.

• Full working rights in Australia.
