About the Role
As the Information Technology Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs. You will manage incidents and service requests, support a range of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems and services.
Responsibilities
Managing ICT service request and Incidents for hardware and software, ensuring responses are based on ITIL principlesProvide local and remote support for hardware, software, and user issuesSupport and troubleshooting of local AV / Microsoft Teams equipmentInstall, configure, update, and remove business applicationsDeploy and configure hardware for new and existing employeesManage and maintain ICT asset registers and software licensing compliance
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support roleProven experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issuesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 environmentsExperience with Active Directory administration and supportIntermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills
