Job Description: We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our thriving team in Sydney. The Project Manager will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and completion of our civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines,  budgets, and to exceptional quality standards.
• Act as a mentor and coordinator for project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Formulate comprehensive project plans, budget allocations, and resource strategies.
• Implement rigorous project monitoring and control procedures, proactively addressing any challenges to guarantee the realization of project objectives.
• Maintain meticulous project records, including contracts, permits, and safety documentation.
• Champion a strong safety and environmental compliance culture on project sites.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
• A valid driver's license.
