Warehouse All-Rounder – Day Shift (Freezer Environment)

Synergie Australia is proud to partner with a leading food wholesaling business based in Villawood, currently experiencing strong growth. We are seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse All-Rounders to join their supportive and fast-paced team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent day shift work with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role.

What you’ll be doing

• Predominantly RF picking in a freezer environment (approx. 95%)
• Occasional operation of counterbalance and high reach forklifts (approx. 5%)
• Operating a 3-tonne forklift, including stacking up to 4 pallets high
• RF scanning and accurate order picking
• Safe manual handling of stock (up to 15kg)
• Working efficiently in cold/freezer conditions
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
• Previous freezer or cold storage experience highly regarded
• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Confident operating counterbalance forklift
• Physically fit and able to comfortably lift up to 15kg
• Reliable transport to and from Villawood
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
