What You'll Be Doing… At Super Retail Group, our purpose is to inspire and equip everyone to live their passion every day!  In this diverse and impactful role, you'll provide end-to-end leasing support across a large property portfolio, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused outcomes while helping drive the success of the Property Legal function. 

• Own the Leasing Lifecycle - Manage retail leases, licences, renewals, variations, surrenders and associated documentation across the Group's property portfolio ensuring matters progress efficiently and effectively.
• Lead Documentation & Execution - Prepare, review and negotiate leasing documentation while managing contract execution, registration, stamping requirements and PEXA workspaces.
• Manage Risk & Compliance - Ensure compliance with leasing legislation and internal policies and provide practical recommendations to manage leasing risks.
• Build Trusted Relationships - Partner with internal stakeholders, landlords, agents and external legal providers to facilitate successful outcomes and provide timely, commercially focused support.
• Shape the Future of Property Legal - Contribute to legal projects, reporting, process improvements, template development and initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the Property Legal function.

You'll bring…

• Leasing Expertise That Delivers - Experience as a Leasing Paralegal, with strong knowledge of leasing and property law, including retail leasing legislation.
• Own Matters End-to-End - Proven experience managing high-volume leasing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
• Build Trusted Relationships - Outstanding stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage across all levels.
• Think Commercially, Advise Confidently - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risks, provide practical recommendations and support informed business decisions.
• Precision in Every Detail - Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology-Enabled and Solutions Focussed - Strong proficiency with PEXA, DocuSign and Microsoft Office, combined with a proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach. 

Highly Regarded

• Experience gained within a mid-tier or top-tier law firm
• In-house experience within a retail, FMCG or large multi-site organisation
• Exposure to Copilot, Power Automate or other legal technology tools
