Early Childhood Educator

Mother Goose Day Nursery is looking for a passionate Diploma Educator to join our amazing team.

We are looking for a full time Diploma/Room Lead Educator for our privately owned service in Bolwarra.

Mother Goose Day Nursery provides a natural space for children to learn, grow and explore as self-guided learners, with the support of dedicated educators who have a view of each child as capable learners and respect for individual learning styles.

We have a strong environmental focus, encouraging children to develop respect for and appreciation of their natural environment whilst promoting sustainability. An indoor/outdoor program that runs throughout the day, allows children large chunks of uninterrupted time to make choices in regards to their own learning and space to explore and learn through play. 

The successful applicant will have a passion for viewing each child as a capable and competent learner, who is self motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team. The successful applicants must also have a passion for supporting children to learn through play based programs, building their social and emotional skills by developing secure and respectful relationships with children and families. A passion for strengthening one's own professional knowledge and practice- through professional development courses, reading, team discussions is also essential.
