Are you an experienced automotive Parts Manager ready to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation? We're seeking a results-driven professional to oversee our parts Department within one of the region's largest multi-franchise automotive dealerships.

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, optimize inventory performance, build strong manufacturer relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple vehicle brands.

About the Role

As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing parts team

• Managing inventory to maximize availability while controlling stock investment

• Achieving sales, gross profit, and departmental performance targets

• Building strong relationships with service, sales, wholesale, and trade customers

• Maintaining manufacturer standards and KPI compliance across multiple franchises

• Driving process improvements and operational efficiency

• Negotiating with suppliers and managing warranty and return processes

• Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter in a high-volume dealership

• Multi-franchise experience highly regarded

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Sound understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and parts logistics

• Excellent commercial and financial acumen

• Experience with dealership management systems (Pentana, ERA, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)

• Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions

• A customer-first mindset with outstanding communication skills
