About the Opportunity:
This is a great opportunity for Commis Chefs to experience working in an award-winning kitchen. Work closely with senior chefs and ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency of your section. 

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant
• Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Team oriented and strong communication skills
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Eye for detail and strong time management
• Knowledge food safety standards
• Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
