Automotive Parts Interpreter - Repco Margaret River - Full Time

Imagine spending your workdays helping customers find the right parts, accessories and automotive solutions, then finishing up just minutes from Margaret River's world-famous beaches. We're looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team and become the go-to expert for all things automotive.

Previous automotive parts interpreting experience is highly regarded, but it's not essential. If you've got great customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in the automotive industry, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Provide technical support to trade & retail customers, using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledgeBuild effective customer relationshipsUse up-to-date product information & knowledge to problem-solve, and maximise salesAre committed to providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customersEnjoy working in a busy phone-based customer service roleAre safety aware, constantly striving to provide the safest work environment for themselves, teammates & customers

About You

Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environmentDemonstrate automotive parts or mechanical experienceBe a passionate customer service expert with some sales experienceBe comfortable sharing knowledge; ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical mannerBe a natural problem solver who is solutions focusedExperienced using computers / computer programsBe a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independentlyHave a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)Be available to work agreed schedule, but also have flexibility to work other days if requestedRoll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
